Becoming a client
Sending an enquiry does not create an adviser-client relationship. Services begin only after required checks are complete and both parties have accepted an engagement letter or other written service agreement. That agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business use. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful material or reproduce substantial content commercially without written permission.

Agent referrals
An agent referral enquiry does not create a partnership, agency, exclusivity or entitlement to a referral payment. Any commercial referral arrangement must be recorded in a separate written agreement before client information or work is transferred.
