Our registrations
These registrations allow us to carry out regulated and identity-sensitive work responsibly. Registration with HMRC or Companies House does not mean either organisation endorses Inspired or guarantees its services.
HMRC tax agent
Inspired Infinity Limited is registered with HMRC as a tax adviser and can act for clients after the required authorisation is completed.
Anti-money laundering
The business is registered with HMRC for anti-money laundering supervision and carries out proportionate client due-diligence checks.
Companies House identity checks
Inspired Infinity Limited is registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP).
Data protection
Inspired Infinity Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and maintains data-protection practices for client information.
Professional indemnity
Professional indemnity insurance is in place. Confirmation of cover can be provided to clients on request.
Written scope before work begins
Every client relationship starts with appropriate checks and a written engagement letter. It explains the agreed services, fees, responsibilities, information needed, key dates and any limits to the work. An enquiry alone does not create a client relationship.
Careful handling of your information
We ask only for information needed for the service and our legal obligations. Identity documents, tax references, National Insurance numbers, banking information and detailed financial records should never be sent through a general website enquiry. A secure onboarding route will be provided when required.
Professional behaviour
Our tax work is guided by the HMRC Standard for Agents: integrity, professional competence, due care, proper records, security and lawful tax advice. We do not promote arrangements intended to defeat the purpose of tax legislation.
