Inspired is a trading name of Inspired Infinity Limited, company number 15719822. Our registered office is Centenary Way, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M50 1RF. Inspired Infinity Limited is the controller of personal information covered by this notice.
Inspired Infinity Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Professional indemnity insurance is also in place.
We are registered with HM Revenue & Customs for anti-money laundering supervision. This supervision is not an endorsement by HMRC.
We are also registered with HMRC as a tax adviser and may act as an authorised tax agent after the client completes HMRC's required authorisation process. HMRC does not endorse individual tax agents.
Information we may collect
When you enquire, we may collect your name, contact details, company details, referral source, the service you are interested in and anything you include in your message. If you become a client, we may also need identity information, financial records, tax information, payroll details and other records required to provide the agreed service.
Please do not send identity documents, National Insurance numbers, tax references, bank details or other sensitive records through a general website enquiry. We will provide a secure route when needed.
Why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare for and deliver contracted services, communicate with clients, protect our services and comply with tax, anti-money-laundering and other legal duties. This includes identity checks and ongoing client due diligence.
Depending on the situation, our lawful basis will be taking steps before a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate business interests or your consent.
Who we may share it with
Where necessary, information may be shared with HM Revenue & Customs, Companies House, identity and anti-money-laundering service providers, professional advisers, insurers, secure software providers and other parties you authorise us to work with. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is normally retained for up to 24 months. Client records are retained according to the service provided and the legal, regulatory and professional requirements that apply. A more specific retention period will be explained during client onboarding.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or for us to stop certain uses. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
