We provide payroll services tailored to the construction, healthcare, and security industries. All services are subject to agreed contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete payroll and employee information
Notify us of any changes in a timely manner
Comply with applicable employment and tax laws
Failure to do so may impact service delivery and legal compliance.
All service fees will be agreed upon in writing. Payments are due according to the terms set out in the client agreement. Late payments may result in additional charges or service suspension.
We process all data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. Clients must also ensure any shared data is lawfully obtained and transferred.
We are not liable for:
Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the client
Delays or issues outside our control (e.g. government systems, force majeure)
Indirect or consequential loss
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific period of service in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by giving written notice, as stated in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled and data will be securely handled or returned upon request.
